- The final interview is conducted by our CEO and founder so every worker has our seal of quality.
- Once we selected a couple of fit candidates we assist the client through the interview and selection process
Client Interview & Selection Process
- We have designed a short but relevant interview process so you get to know the candidate.
- You’ll conduct a Skype, Google meet,s or any video conference software or phone interviews and choose the agent that better suits your needs. If you don’t have an account on these platforms, we’ll take care of creating the meeting.
- We send your chosen candidate a job offer
Onboarding & Ongoing Support
- We orientate the new agent to make sure they are aware of all the tasks and responsibilities they are responsible for.
- If you don’t have a training program or agenda, we help you build one.
- We assign you an account manager who will be in charge of regularly checking in on you and the agent to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
- 24/7 personal support / don’t ever get on a cue to get help / just call us or message / You can reach out to your account manager whenever you need too, they will be more than happy to assist you especially if you have any concerns.
- There is a team in charge of monitoring the workers 24/7
- You can have access to live reports on the worker’s activities.
- We perform in house visits to make sure the agent’s devices and home spaces meet our rigorous standards.
