Step 1

Initial free consultation

  • The consultation is a 10-minute meeting, it can be a phone call or video call, whatever works best for you.
  • Our process starts with understanding your business, culture, and personnel needs, to ensure our recruitment strategy is aligned with your goals.
  • We assess if our services fit with your business model.
  • We take a deeper look at your budget for the role, key expertise, schedule, and any other specifications you are looking for.

Step 2

Recruiting & Screening

  • We first look into our pre-vetted pool of talented people with great experience. These people have gone through a rigorous application process. We select the top 2% of people who apply to our platform.
  • We strive to find professionals with advanced written and spoken English, with previous experience working with U.S companies.
  • Confirm Credentials and references
    We conduct background checks for all applicants.
  • The final interview is conducted by our CEO and founder so every worker has our seal of quality.
  • Once we selected a couple of fit candidates we assist the client through the interview and selection process

Step 3

Client Interview & Selection Process

  • We have designed a short but relevant interview process so you get to know the candidate.
  • You’ll conduct a Skype, Google meet,s or any video conference software or phone interviews and choose the agent that better suits your needs. If you don’t have an account on these platforms, we’ll take care of creating the meeting.
  • We send your chosen candidate a job offer

Step 4

Onboarding & Ongoing Support

  • We orientate the new agent to make sure they are aware of all the tasks and responsibilities they are responsible for.
  • If you don’t have a training program or agenda, we help you build one.
  • We assign you an account manager who will be in charge of regularly checking in on you and the agent to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
  • 24/7 personal support / don’t ever get on a cue to get help / just call us or message / You can reach out to your account manager whenever you need too, they will be more than happy to assist you especially if you have any concerns.
  • There is a team in charge of monitoring the workers 24/7
  • You can have access to live reports on the worker’s activities.
  • We perform in house visits to make sure the agent’s devices and home spaces meet our rigorous standards.

Step 5

Relax and Enjoy

  • We Take Care of the Rest! We take care of HR tasks such as time-tracking & payroll. You will get your invoice once a month with all details which you can easily pay using your preferred payment method.
